Yet again there has been a new agreement among the three major political parties on a seven province model. The seven province model of federalism is formulated by splitting the Province number 6 into two parts from the earlier model with 6 provinces. Krishna Prashad Sitaula, the chairman of the constitution drafting committee has submitted the revised draft to the chairman of the constitution assembly Subas Chandra Nembang.
