Application Form (2pc) , 4 PP Photo (35 mm x 45 mm), Application fee slip(Money order), Original passport and citizenship certificate including 2 copies of each showing personal and kins information.
Submit the above documents to your Embassy . Please use registered mail, make a phone call to embassy and ask about the accuracy of your application form once submitted. Please consult your embassy for the application fee, you can make a direct bank transfer or send a money order.
Download the form and open with adobe reader or similar programs.
When you print the form , make sure that you don’t print form from your email or usb stick. This is the common mistake many user do that is why the form is not printed properly even following the printing instructions carefully . Always print the form from the same laptop/desktop immediately where you fill the form.
Printing instruction: Remember three things :
1 Page size A4- Normally all printers are basically set to A4 size, give it a look.
2 Page Scaling - NONE ---Check wisely it differs from printer to printer.
3 Measure the printed form ---- Printed area size: 27cm x 18.5cm (Length and Breadth)
After you print the form , make sure your thumbprints and signature doesn’t touches the border line and is between the boxes. Your signature should be in black ink
Photo instructions: Borderless, color, white background, eyes open, clearly visible ears, neutral expression of face, face coverage: 70% to 80% of photo area, no shadow on the face and on the background. Do not wear any ornaments like ear-rings, necklaces including Pote and Tilahari, stud (Phuli), bulaki and hair clips, and Vermilion Powder (Sindoor/Abir) including tika (spot) etc.
